Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you will receive messages regarding your appointments, membership details, and your pet's health. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions
If you have opted out and would like to rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially. We will then resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance. You may also reach out to our support team directly at admin@arkvets.co.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
